Meet the Dentist
Dr. Jenny Filter was born and raised in Indiana. She attended Indiana University undergraduate school and attained her dental doctorate at Loyola University Chicago College of Dental Surgery during which time she gave birth to her twin sons, Samuel and Maximillion. After achieving a dental license to practice in Illinois, she went on to get her license to practice in Indiana by the Indiana State Board of Dental Examiners. She experienced a ten month residency with her father in Indiana and, after giving birth to her third child, daughter Gabrielle, moved to Boulder, Colorado. She accumulated yet a third license to practice dentistry in the state of Colorado, bought a dental practice in Boulder where she resided for four years. She studied for two years in orthodontics, has been certified in Invisalign for over ten years, and attended a comprehensive training program in implant dentistry where she earned a certificate by The School of Dentistry Medical College of Georgia and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Colorado Dental Association, Intermountain Dental Society and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She makes it a point to constantly update her knowledge of new dental techniques, materials, technology and methods through continuing education.
Meet Our Team
Maya
Maya, our Practice Manager, graduated from the University of Colorado in 2013 with a Business Administration and Information Systems Degree. She is an excellent resource to help patients with insurance coordination, financial management and precise scheduling. Outside of the office, Maya enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, traveling and seeing live music.
MaxMax has been a dental assistant at this office two years. Originally, he was hired on to help with basic cleanup work, yard work, and other side work/errands as needed. He quickly started watching dental procedures and assisting with a few of them. That's when the doctor realized he was going to do a great job as an assistant. Also, Max realized that he really enjoys working with patients and helping to relieve their pain. He is currently in the process of learning to make crowns to allow patients to get their crowns on the same day as their preparation appointment. On his days off he likes to be outdoors hiking, camping, snowboarding, and a handful of other active things.
SamWith over 10 years of experience right here at our practice, Sam is a familiar, comforting face to our patients. As a dedicated dental assistant, she loves building lasting relationships and making sure every person feels completely at ease in the chair. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.
